"I started my journey with Ollie for a lifestyle change, specifically to tackle weight gained after a ruptured MCL during Covid.

"I felt incredibly 'stuck' and out of control.

 

Like many, with caring responsibilities, I'd put myself at the bottom of the pile, leaving nothing for me physically or mentally.

 

Even as my children left home and my career thrived, I realised I wasn't looking after myself.

 

With menopause approaching, I was gaining weight and felt constantly ill and exhausted.

 

Initially, I thought weight loss would fix everything.

 

I’d tried countless diets, but nothing ever lasted.
